NASM Certified Personal Trainer
As an NASM Certified Personal Trainer, I use the National Academy of Sports Medicine's OPT (Optimum Performance Training tm) method.  Your initial fitness assessment will include:
  • Occupation, lifestyle & medical history
  • Body composition testing
  • Strength assessment
  • Postural evaluation to determine possible imbalances
This information, along with your specific goals, will enable me to design an effective blueprint for fitness for you. We will begin at your current fitness level and work safely to meet your goals. Your integrated training program will include:

       Cardiorespiratory work
 
      Resistance (strength) training

      Core training

      Balance improvement

      Flexibility training

  We'll use a variety of equipment, including TRX suspension training, BOSU, & Body Bars. Your workout will change often to challenge you and accelerate your results.
