The Blueprint Story

   Do you need a partner, coach & cheerleader on the path to being fit, healthy and happy?
 
   I am especially interested in fitness for women and in giving you the support that you need to reach your goals (and I insist that we have fun while you do!).  Whatever stage of life you're at: busy with family & career, empty nest  -  many women have spent years taking care of everyone else and neglecting their own health & fitness.  Let's fix that, ok? 

  
My other focus is on fitness for baby boomers and older adults.  Your quality of life can be maintained and  improved with a focus on functional fitness that helps you manage life's daily activities with ease (climbing stairs, carrying groceries, gardening, leisure sports, playing with grandkids). 
We'll start at your current fitness level and work from there to build strength, flexibility and endurance.
  
    I am passionate about fitness! After many years of being a runner (primarily half-marathons) and then discovering the huge benefits of strength training, I decided to follow my passion and become an NASM Certified Personal Trainer as well as an NASM Senior Fitness Specialist. I train clients in my fully equipped home fitness studio in Shaker Heights.
